The Problem
A recruiting agency wanted to improve the efficiency of sifting through resumes and short-list the best-fitting candidates to a job requisition. The long term goal was to replace their current vendor for applicant search, screening and matching.
The Solution
Infolytx used its BestFit, candidate match and rank, product to build a service to improve the accuracy of matches that their current vendor was providing. The agencies requirements were used to configure and update the underlying Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) models and engines.
The Outcome
The results clearly outperformed the accuracy of their current vendor in rapidly sifting through and short-listing candidates who were best fit for a particular job position.
