Clinical Text Annotator (CTA)
The Infolytx Clinical Text Annotator™ or CTA™ structures unstructured clinical content such as EHRs, radiology reports, pathology reports, physician notes by extracting and inferring medical terms such as findings, tests, procedures, diseases, etc.
Additionally, CTA™ maps the extracted content to medical ontologies such as UMLS, SNOMED-CT, ICD-10, CPT, and LOINC.
